Your Noble Care Companion
We call our live-in carers Care Companions for good reason.
Naturally, they’ll attend to your care needs expertly and sensitively. But they’ll invest just as much in offering you friendship and fun.
Noble Live-in Care Qualities
NOBLE’S LIVE-IN CARE COMPANIONS ARE SECOND TO NONE
We understand inviting someone new to live in your home is a big step. You can take comfort in knowing that all our Care Companions are:
COMPASSIONATE
We only employ Care Companions who display warmth, kindness and patience and who will live by our mission to care for you in the way they would care for a member of their own family.
RESPECTFUL
Your home is your sanctuary. Our Care Companions are trained to respect your home, possessions, lifestyle and choices. You will never feel judged.
EXPERIENCED
Noble’s Care Companions must have at least 12 months care experience before they join us. That way, we can ensure you are cared for by someone who knows what to expect from their role and can take your needs in their stride.
HIGHLY TRAINED
We offer some of the most comprehensive training around. Your Care Companion will hold the nationally recognised Care Certificate as a minimum. They’ll also be trained in any diagnosed health condition you may have. We invest significantly in training our people so you can be confident their skills and knowledge will stay current.
THΟROUGHLY VETTED
To ensure your safety and peace of mind, all our team have enhanced DBS certificates which are rechecked and renewed regularly. We also complete full right-to-work checks and take up full employment references to ensure our staff meet our high standards.
CLOSELY SUPERVISED
Our Care Managers stay in close contact with your Care Companion, supporting them to give you the highest quality care and support. Regular checks also ensure your Care Companion is working to our standards and your satisfaction.

The Right Care Companion
OUR MATCHING PROCESS.
We know the relationship you have with your Care Companion has a huge impact on your happiness, well-being and quality of life. Our careful matching process ensures your Care Companion is the best fit for you.
1. UNDERSTANDING YOUR PREFERENCES
Learning about your history, lifestyle, interests and preferences around who supports you during our initial meetings will help us select the right Care Companion for you.
2. MATCHING
We’ll pair you with a Care Companion whose personality, values and interests align with yours to ensure your relationship gets off to a great start and continues to flourish.
3. ADVANCED TRAINING
Your Care Companion will have completed specialist (and in some cases bespoke) training in any medical conditions or interventions you have to ensure you receive the best possible care.
4. INITIAL INTRODUCTION
A written profile will introduce you to your Care Companion and offer helpful talking points for your early conversations.
5. TELEPHONE AND VIDEO CALLS
Before your Care Companion arrives, we’ll arrange telephone and video calls between you so you can get to know them while they finish their previous assignment.
My Role As A Live-in Care Companion
“Every client is unique – that’s what makes my role exciting. Listening and getting to know my client and making a difference to their life makes caring a privilege, not a job.”
